Our legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR is improvement of our offering and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data are pseudonymised. The anonymised user data are stored for 14 months.

HubSpot
We use HubSpot for our online marketing activities. HubSpot is an integrated software solution with which we cover various aspects of our online marketing.

LinkedIn analytics and LinkedIn ads

On our website we use the conversion tracking technology and the retargeting feature of LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter, “LinkedIn”). The LinkedIn Insight tag is a small JavaScript code snippet that we have added to our website. If you subscribe to our newsletter, the data requested during the registration process, such as your email address and, optionally, your name and postal address, will be processed by The Rocket Science Group. In addition, your IP address and the date and time of day of your registration will be stored. As part of the further registration process, your consent to the sending of the newsletter will be obtained, the content will be specifically described, and this Data Protection Policy will be referred to.

The newsletter subsequently sent by The Rocket Science Group moreover contains a so-called tracking pixel, also known as a web beacon. Application and job offers
