The protection of your personal data is an important concern for us. Therefore, we process your data solely on the basis of statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act [TKG] 2003). With this information about data protection, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.
Exclusion of liability

If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide are stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not disclose these data without your consent.

Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymised through deletion of the last 8 bits. This means that only a rough localisation is possible.

Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions in section 96 (3) TKG and in Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.
Our legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR is improvement of our offering and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data are pseudonymised. The anonymised user data are stored for 14 months.
We use HubSpot for our online marketing activities. HubSpot is an integrated software solution with which we cover various aspects of our online marketing.
This includes, inter alia:

Our registration service enables users of our website to learn more about our company, download content, and provide their contact information and other demographic information.
This information, as well as the content of our website, is stored on servers of our software partner HubSpot. It may be used by us in order to contact visitors of our website and to determine which services of our company are interesting for them.
All information recorded by us is subject to this data protection provision. We use all recorded information exclusively for the purpose of optimising our marketing.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, the data requested during the registration process, such as your email address and, optionally, your name and postal address, will be processed by The Rocket Science Group. In addition, your IP address and the date and time of day of your registration will be stored. As part of the further registration process, your consent to the sending of the newsletter will be obtained, the content will be specifically described, and this Data Protection Policy will be referred to.
The newsletter subsequently sent by The Rocket Science Group moreover contains a so-called tracking pixel, also known as a web beacon. With the aid of this tracking pixel, we can analyse whether and when you read our newsletter and whether you clicked on any of the links contained in the newsletter. Application and job offers
